SerenaGroup® Standards of Compliance + Accreditation
The Standards of Compliance + Accreditation Program evaluates advanced wound care programs, inspiring them to excel in providing safe, high-quality care. This program is a process of assessing quality metrics at the clinic and provider level; challenging standards to focus on quality, performance, and best practices. The internal mock survey provided through the program is focused on clinical and operational metrics. Our focus is to effectively drive improvement, mitigate risk, and provide patient-focused care, all while measuring what matters.
The SerenaGroup® Standards of Compliance + Accreditation Seal reveals dedication to improving health care quality and safety in the advanced wound care setting.
The Importance of the SerenaGroup® Standards of Compliance + Accreditation Program
Evidence shows accreditation programs improve the structure and process of care delivery, as well as improve clinical outcomes. This consistently reflects and supports a positive impact of accreditation programs on a variety of specific outcomes, including the management of acute myocardial infarctions, acute stroke, trauma, ambulatory surgical care, infection control, and pain management.
SerenaGroup® focuses on value-added programs and continues to set the bar high in the wound care industry, elevating our advanced wound care centers. Through the SerenaGroup® Standards of Compliance + Accreditation Program, the centers will be promoting the highest quality of care and the safest practices every day.
